About Gandhi Exhibition Centre

An Initiative by Gandhi Films Foundation(gff) set up as part of Gandhi National Memorial Fund by the then Indian national leaders, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dadasaheb Mavalankar and others to perpetuate the memories of Gandhiji.

The main objective of gff was to procure and acquire, photographs and filmic material on Mahatma Gandhi from all over the world and have it collected under one roof with a view to preserve it for the posterity.

This is not an end in itself. In order to convey the thoughts and the philosophy of Gandhi to the last Indian, gff keeps on producing and exhibiting small documentaries and educational films of short duration regularly according to the changing times.

We also exhibit art work in any form to convey the teachings of Gandhi from time to time. Visitors are requested to visit the Gandhi Exhibition Centre.
